major bug (lost resources)

Hello to you, I am writing because I noticed a major bug.
I lost resources, whenever I used the option of peasants, who works with the captain.

I must say that I use a shortcut that allows scripts, and has each time I use the raccouci in question, this is where I lose my resources.

Note: this does not make me the French on the server.

I do not know what a raccouci is, but I can say that most scripts are not legal on our server so that would be the first step for you.

scripts that I use are allowed on Grepolis France and Germany so why not here?

Each server has its own rules and scripts that are allowed. We have a thread on which scripts are acceptable here. If yours is not there, you cannot use it.

I am not using any scripts,
Both yesterday & today all my farms have been reset, Is this a setting problem?
Am I doing something wrong? (I posted this in my team help thread yesterday)

I'm new to this game but thought I was doing ok as I am ahead on my island. I recently got my third farming site. And it seems like the connection to the server has been slower ever since. (web speed test seems fine). Any way the real problem is I had two farming sites way built up my first was just about to get upgraded it was over 12k the second farming site had about 9k in it and the third had just 2k. now today I open it to find all three have been reset down to 600.

I'ts almost enough to make me quit the game.

I try to put in a compliant in the help, bugs, blog, go through the registration sign in still wont let me post. Bugs will never get fixed with this type of customer support. (Man am I glad I did not spend any money on this game.)

And now today I posted:

Ok second day in a row now that now all 4 of my farms just got re-set!
I had 3 of them up to 10k and the 4th at 4k. now all 4 are even at 480!
It does not seem possible that this could be some sort of espionage action as they all end up even. Doe's any one on the team have experience with this?

How do I complain, any help would be great.
I don't what to quit, I'm having fun.
But this is not cool.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong? Or if you can fix my farms to the correct level.

Hi Sam, next time, just start a new thread for yourself.

Question for you, is the amount reset because it went up a level? All players on your island contribute to the farms on that island, so once it reaches the next level, it resets and is available to move to the following level. When it goes up a level, each farming output increases. What level is the farm at. If you could provide a screen shot it would help as well.
